  2. Select a pre-made design to customise or select “Custom” if you have your own image, logo or artwork.
  3. Select the type of case you want.
  4. Choose your device manufacturer and model.
  5. Upload your own design, image, text, etc. depending on the design choice from step 2.

That’s it, Add to Cart, Checkout and we’ll deal with the rest!

Absolutely! Before printing, we’ll send you an email with a mockup of your design for your approval 1 business day after your order is processed. Your satisfaction is our priority. If in the case we do not receive the go ahead to print your order we’ll remind you via a phone call to approve the design and start our process!

Yes, our cases are designed to be compatible with most wireless charging pads for your convenience.

It is noted that for our Premium line-up we offer to add Magsafe™ compatable magnets for Apple iPhone 12 – 15 Pro Max, to allow Magsafe™ devices to work seemlessly with your device. This can be toggled in the “Case Type” selection when customising your case.
Production and shipping times may vary between 2-5 business days after your approval of the mockup preview. We aim to deliver your personalised case as quickly as possible using our courier partners & DHL.
Yes, if you have ordered and have any change requests of the preview mockup you can reject it and ask for specific changes including different image, text, phone model, address details, etc.

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed from your end, changes cannot be made. Double-check your design and details before approving your design preview.
Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders and corporate purchases. Contact our customer support for more information and personalised assistance.
If your phone model isn’t listed it’s probably due to us not having your case in-stock or we do not print it. Contact our support team with your phone model, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your account page if you made an account with us. Use this number to track the delivery status of your custom phone case on our website.
We offer a 30-day return policy for custom phone cases. We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re unsatisfied due to print quality issues, wrong phone model, or haven’t received within 7 business days, contact our customer support, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
